Most folk round here know my younger son Johnny has a couple of DJ residencies in the town - he's a bit of an all round sound technician and he's a founder and mainstay of the brand spanking new school radio station 'Hub FM'. But fewer are aware that he loves photography and video editing too. And he sings and plays a bit - so I thought I'd share Johnny Yates and Arlen Greensmith covering U2's 'With or Without You'.

He has a very good voice. Decent guitarists are quite easy find but people with a voice like that are quite rare.

ReplyDeleteI agree with Ged, he does have a good voice...he needs to forget the nerves and project it more. There's a HUGE voice in there, he needs to learn to let it out! Singing lessons :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure he's showing nerves so much as getting the measure of his 'man voice' Linda. But I agree a voice coach wouldn't go amiss - now where to look for a good one...
